PNCL Year End Awards Ceremony

Last weekend we went up to SLC to the Capital Theatre for Derrik's year end Awards Ceremony. Before the awards we all met downtown for a nice dinner with a few of the guys from the summer and Derrik's regional manager. It was kind of fun because we had to get really dressed up and fancy for the night, but lets just saw being 39 weeks Prego it wasn't such a comfy few hours in heels and sequins :) Derrik had to kind of beg me to brave the LONG car ride and be 4+ hrs from my doctor, but I am SO GLAD he did because I felt great all weekend and it was So Fun seeing him win award after award. I have to take just a second to brag on him... I knew this summer while he was selling that he was doing a great job and selling like a mad man, but I didn't realize until the Awards Ceremony just how good. I think he got called up on stage 4-5 different times for different awards. I, already knowing the awards he had won, was so PROUD of him and his hard work and accomplishments, it definitely paid off! I may or may not have even gotten a teency bit emotional a few times, but overall I kept my cool (I blamed it on the pregnancy, so its all good) Ha! He is seriously such a Hard worker its amazing to me, not once this summer did he complain to me about it being BLAZING hot outside or even being burned out! I'm so glad that he has had a few months off and had a chance to relax and spoil himself a little!

I have to tease him a little bit and "display" if you will, his fancy trophy on the mantle. He keeps taking it down, and I keep putting it back up its a vicious cycle :)
