SO Everyone has been on my case about being a blogging "slacker" lately so I'm Finally giving in and posting a little something! Our lives have been Extremely... Different and Hectic the past 3 or 4 months, hence the neglect of our blog! This Post is all from Sept/Oct "happenings"! Hope Everyone is having a Fabulous Fall Season...

A few Pictures from Derrik's Grandpa's Favorite Occasion that we attend Every Sept in Logan. I Love going just to watch him Dance the Night away. He never even takes a break all night, he just takes one girl after another... too Funny!

I FINALLY got to see my Friend Eliza, she had been gone for a Whole year. We worked together forever, so it was a Treat for Jamie and I to Catch up with her:)
LOVE these girls :)

Derrik and I were in Oklahoma City during our 3 year Anniversary, so we decided to go check out the Oklahoma City National Memorial- I Loved it! Since I was only 9 when it happened I didn't really remember anything, so it was interesting to go around the monument and read about it. This is the view from the Front of the Memorial, the Water is where the Building use to stand.
This is the "Survival Elm Tree" it is the Emblem for the Memorial to lend strength to the families who were directly impacted as well as the entire city.
We were So amazed at how Quiet and Peaceful it was, even though it was Right in the heart of the city.
Each Chair Represented each person that died, they even had baby sized chairs :(
This was outside the gates of the memorial, everyone had come and left tokens, and memorabilia for their loved ones lost!
These are square tiles that little kids from all over the world hand painted individual messages of Hope, they were all SO sweet and heart wrenching!
