A little Update!!!

We have been enjoying the last few months of summer with family before we move away. Lots of BBQ's, camping, trips, etc! I am SO glad I have been able to be at my Mom's and Angie's for the past 5 months while Derrik has been gone. We have had SO much fun, its been nice getting to spend lot's more time with family, mainly because I have the BEST !!!!

Yearly King Family Skeet Shoot Contest!

Always a good time, so I wanted in on the action. I have NEVER shot a... Umm shot gun I think its called?? Anyway I was always scared because they seem to kick. Well a small kick is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Those things HURT, it didn't feel like it looked when a dude shoots the gun.

Yeah the look on my face says it all. I looked at my Dad like what the heck, he told me I would barely feel it :( I only attempted to hit the skeet 2 times then I was DONE for the year!!!

The Boys off to hunt birds.... (tiny, legal birds that is)They also went Bear hunting while we were up there. They had a HUGE group of people and ended up finding one :( YIKES!!!!

I got to take Angie's kids for a whole WEEK while they went on a little Vacation. We had LOTs of fun, luckily uncle Brady and Derrik were there to help for some of that week :) So these are pictures of Alayna being in "trouble" (not so much, I have to keep turning my head to laugh when she's naughty) but we were at my mom's house and she kept saying "pretties Bridget Pretties" Well I kept telling her no because I thought she meant she wanted her hair done and the day was almost over so.... anyways I continued reading the Reaper and all of the sudden I caught a wiff of FINGERNAIL POLISH... Oh Yes she was over on my moms table doing her "pretties" Luckily she didnt get it all over my moms table and chairs, she mostly got it on herself, but I guess I learned my lesson to LISTEN when she is trying to tell me something :) We had so much fun all week with them, thanks Ang and Jarad for letting me have them! I might just sneak them Away when I move too???

Kade's First Day of Pre school... Such a handsome little guy! He was SO excited for school!

Seriously this little girl LOVES LOVES LOVES her Grandma, but most of all her Grandma's Pony!!! So we got our boots on and went on one of the MANY pony rides around the yard!

Derrik's Parents took us out one of the nights that he was here, we went and met them for dinner and a little game of miniature golf! We also went up with the whole family to Logan for their grandpa's Annual Glen Miller Band Dance- My camera broke when we were there so more pictures to come later when I get them from Lacee!
A quick girls trip to Vegas... I decided to go down and kinda look at the areas and where to live, etc and my Aunt Stephanie was nice enough to volunteer to take us around since she knew her way! We went to cheesecake (of course) and had lots of fun just hanging out driving and maybe a little shopping too ;)

I made my mom take this picture... seriously she thought she was ordering a little salad and this is what she got.... It was HUGE!!!
